Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
